What's the difference between BPOs & Property Inspections? |

A BPO is a 'Broker's Price Opinion'. These may only be completed by licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers. They are a 3 page form that gathers Neighborhood Info, 3 Current Listing Comparables, 3 Recent Sold Comparables, Repair Info, a opinion of sale and repaired price, and several digital pictures.
A Property Inspection can be done by either a Real Estate Agent or a trained Field Inspector. A property inspection is much smaller and faster than a BPO. They contain a only few comments on the property condition, the vacancy status, and a few digital pictures. Generally, they only take a few minutes to complete.
